The celebrations will take place from 20 to 21 November 2025 at Al Hamriyah Heritage Village beside the creek, with events happening daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The programme will start with a national performance by Al Qalaa School, followed by oud recitals, traditional dances, and folk songs performed by a military troupe.
The schedule features adult competitions, senior-friendly film screenings, children’s contests, and heritage songs designed to engage both citizens and residents. Folk groups will perform pieces that showcase the UAE’s past and future, alongside patriotic films that inspire national pride and honour the nation’s legacy.
This year’s celebration features dedicated entertainment areas for seniors and children, including photo corners, classic car displays, youth project showcases, family enterprise booths, a henna station, and interactive zones that highlight Al Hamriyah’s festivities.
As part of the “Year of Community” initiative, visitors will enjoy workshop zones, sports areas, heritage displays managed by specialised authorities, traditional food stalls, desert- and sea-themed sections, and maritime crafts highlighting fishermen's roles. Dedicated spaces for senior citizens and traditional Emirati etiquette are also included, along with a Creativity Exhibition showcasing children’s work.
The activities unite diverse community groups to honour the UAE’s heritage, strengthen social cohesion, and deepen national pride. The celebrations showcase the country’s achievements and reinforce its status as a leader in progress, unity, and cultural excellence.
