The Council's participation was demonstrated through its dedicated booth, which creatively and attractively showcased aspects of national identity and Emirati heritage.
The programmes and activities offered at the booth were organised in cooperation and partnership with the "My Interesting Childhood" nursery, under the supervision of both the Educational Committee and the Activities and Events Committee. This ensured the provision of high-quality content that combined enjoyment and educational value, while also considering educational and enriching aspects.
The corner featured four workshops with over 122 participants, including students and parents. Among the highlights was the "We Learn and Shape" workshop, which focused on clay modeling skills and aimed to develop children's creativity and enhance their sensory and artistic abilities. Another notable workshop was "My Identity through My Brush," an educational art workshop designed to instill national values through drawing and artistic expression.
In addition, the corner offered a series of recreational activities that created a unique family atmosphere. These included pottery painting, decorating traditional Emirati clothing, and other events that combined entertainment with national identity in a rich community experience.
The Council also launched the national campaign "For the love of Sultan," designed to reinforce loyalty to leaders and beloved ruler, His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi. The campaign provided an online platform for community members to express their pride and belonging to the UAE, strengthening national loyalty and instilling a sense of belonging to the United Arab Emirates. This participation and national campaign confirm the Council’s commitment to supporting community initiatives within the country’s national celebrations and contributing to enhancing cultural awareness and Emirati identity, in addition to its role in providing quality programmes that contribute to developing children’s skills and enhancing their participation in society.
