Dibba Al Hisn Municipality prepares for Eid Al Fitr

The preparations included decorating streets, squares, main intersections, and city entrances with Eid lights and decorations bearing congratulatory phrases such as "Eid Mubarak" and "Happy Eid," creating a festive and joyful atmosphere throughout the city. The municipality also worked to prepare public parks, beaches, and recreational facilities to welcome visitors during the Eid holiday.

Municipal facilities are ready to serve residents

Regarding services, the municipality announced the readiness of its various facilities. The municipal slaughterhouse will be open to the public during the Eid holidays, under the supervision of veterinarians to ensure safe slaughtering. An online booking service is available through the municipality's official website. The fruit, vegetable, meat, and poultry market will also continue to operate with extended hours to meet residents' needs.

Strong market oversight

In the interest of maintaining public health and safety, the municipality has intensified its oversight campaigns through specialised inspection teams. These teams conduct field visits to markets, food establishments, restaurants, shops, barbershops, and beauty salons to ensure compliance with health requirements and approved standards. The municipality urges the public to contact its call centre at 993 to report any observations or inquiries, which are available 24/7.

Providing best services for city residents and visitors

In this context, His Excellency Talib Abdullah Al Yahyai, Director of Dibba Al Hisn Municipality, affirmed that the municipality is working according to a comprehensive plan aimed at providing the best services to the city's residents and visitors during the Eid Al Fitr holidays. He noted that the inspection teams will continue to intensify their inspection campaigns in markets and food outlets to ensure the safety of products offered and compliance with approved health requirements.

Al Yahyai added that the municipality is keen to monitor various vital facilities in the city and enhance the field readiness of its staff to ensure the provision of integrated municipal services and the preservation of public health and community safety.
