Hanan Al Mahmoud, member of the Board of Trustees of the Rubu' Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, explained that the Gulf Bridges programme, organised by Rubu' Qarn, falls under the umbrella of the GCC General Secretariat. She noted that reaching the second edition is evidence of the success of the first and reflects the extent to which participants benefited from the programme in its previous iteration.
Speaking exclusively to Sharjah 24, Al Mahmoud indicated that the programme is rich and full of opportunities to develop various personal and leadership skills, based on the Foundation’s belief in the importance of investing in people to develop and build the future at the level of the Arabian Gulf. This is what makes such programmes accredited by the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council and included on the agenda for the next 5 years, adding, “We extend our thanks to the Ministries of Youth in the Gulf countries and look forward to their participation in the upcoming editions.”
