The Cybersh West Asia competition serves as the official regional qualifier for the international championship. Over 30 teams and 150 participants aged 10 to 16 from Gulf Cooperation Council countries and Asia will take part, including the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Kazakhstan. The challenge follows an integrated practical curriculum combining science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), with a particular focus on marine engineering concepts, enhancing skills in innovation, engineering thinking, and hands-on learning.
