SDH hands over Al Haray housing complex to 300 families

Sharjah24: Dr Ahmed Rashid Al Naqbi, Director of the Government Communication Department at the Housing Department, revealed that the Al Haray Residential Complex in Khorfakkan City has been handed over to 300 families, in line with the directives of His Highness Shaikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to enhance housing stability and provide integrated services to beneficiaries within the family year.

Dr Ahmed Rashid Al Naqbi explained that the department streamlined all handover procedures under one roof, enabling families to receive their homes, select suitable façades, complete planning formalities, connect electricity and water services, and collect their keys through a single, coordinated process.

On-site support and community care

Al Naqbi added that a specialised engineering team was made available on site to support families, respond to enquiries and provide guidance, alongside the distribution of gifts to help beneficiaries settle into their new homes.

He affirmed that the Al Haray Residential Complex reflects Sharjah’s vision of providing dignified housing for citizens and underscores the emirate’s strong commitment to the family as the cornerstone of society.
