The municipality received 41 reports from citizens, residents, and relevant authorities, mainly the Dibba Al Hisn Comprehensive Police Station and the municipality’s Inspection Department. Reports were submitted via the Sharjah Call Centre through the municipality’s official channels. Emergency teams worked around the clock to clear roads, remove debris, and restore public safety.

The municipality highlighted that the fast response was due to strong cooperation among government entities, particularly the Sharjah Police General Command and the Sharjah Contact Center, as well as the active participation of citizens and residents in reporting incidents. Talib Abdullah Al-Yahyai, Director of Dibba Al-Hisn Municipality, stated that the quick response was the result of prior preparation and approved emergency plans. He emphasized that municipal departments operate around the clock to manage emergencies, in line with directives from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi to enhance quality of life and maintain a safe urban environment.
