Al Ali explained that this milestone edition of Xposure offers a wide and diverse portfolio of expert-led workshops aimed at transferring real-world experience to the public, while creating valuable opportunities for direct learning and meaningful engagement with professional photographic practices.
In exclusive remarks to Sharjah24, she stressed that the festival’s workshops represent one of its core educational pillars, enabling participants to learn directly from accomplished photographers and creative content makers, and to closely explore a broad spectrum of photographic and cinematic experiences. She added that the workshops are delivered within the Arts Exhibition and the Environmental and Nature Summit tracks, bringing together creativity, education, and environmental awareness in an integrated learning setting.
Al Ali further noted that the festival presents advanced workshops on AI-powered image and video generation, alongside specialised sessions for filmmakers, collaborative group discussions, and professional portfolio reviews — all designed to sharpen skills and encourage rich knowledge exchange among participants of varying experience levels.
She added that the training programme also includes a thoughtfully designed series of workshops for children, organised in partnership with the Continuing Education Center, BEEAH, and the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, offering age-appropriate, creativity-driven activities that nurture early learning and imaginative expression.
