Sharjah Ruler receives Sharjah Police Academy delegation

The reception was held in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Academy’s Board of Trustees, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah. The delegation was led by Brigadier Dr Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director of the Academy, and included senior officers, faculty members, and cadet candidates.

His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah commended the Sharjah Police Academy for its outstanding efforts, noting that it has earned a distinguished position among academic institutions. He highlighted the academy’s strong discipline, commitment to professional and scientific standards, and dedication to preparing highly qualified security personnel who are knowledgeable and competent, contributing to the enhancement of security and stability while serving the community in accordance with best practices.

His Highness lauded the Academy for its outstanding reputation and high academic standing, noting that its members excel not only in police work but also in administrative, legal, social, and other specialised fields. He emphasised that membership in the Academy requires academic, practical, and moral preparation—aligned with the Emirate’s vision, which prioritises human development, empowerment, and capability-building. This comprehensive approach, His Highness added, positively impacts society and strengthens its security, stability, and overall well-being.

His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the teaching staff and professors for their dedication in equipping students with valuable knowledge that supports their professional growth, hones their skills, and enhances their capabilities.
