Organising this sports day reflects the Islamic Forum's commitment to promoting physical fitness and fostering a sporting culture as a daily lifestyle, contributing to improved public health and the development of an active and energetic generation. It also aims to revive the principle of positive competition among teams and instil the values of sportsmanship and cooperation.

 In this context, Mr Ahmed Al Ali, Director of the Sports Complex, emphasised that organising such events reflects the complex's commitment to the Islamic Forum's community role, stating, "At the Sports Complex, we are keen to provide comprehensive facilities that meet the aspirations of all segments of society and encourage the adoption of sport as a daily lifestyle, given its significant impact on promoting physical and mental health."

Fostering community sports

Al Ali added, "Organising this sports day aims to invigorate the spirit of competition among participating teams and to create a stimulating sporting environment that supports the discovery and development of talent."

Al Ali noted that the complex is preparing to organise a series of upcoming sporting competitions, including swimming, athletics, and fitness programmes, within the framework of the Islamic Forum's vision to foster community sports and to adopt diverse tournaments that achieve a balance among various sporting activities.

The sports day concluded by honouring the participating teams and distributing prizes to the winners, in a celebratory atmosphere that reflected a spirit of achievement and appreciation.
