University of Kalba launches 2nd semester Welcome Week

Sharjah 24: Ali Hamad, Director of Admissions and Registration at the University of Kalba, announced the start of the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, along with the organisation of a welcome week for continuing and new students.

Facilitating procedures

The week will be held from January 12 to 15, 2026, on UKB campus, with the aim of facilitating registration procedures, introducing students to electronic systems, university facilities and services, and providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

Speaking exclusively to Sharjah 24, Ali Hamad explained that the orientation week aims to facilitate course registration for continuing students and familiarize them with the university's online registration system. This will enable them to easily select their courses, register for their schedules, and begin attending lectures.

Providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment

The Director of Admissions and Registration at the University of Kalba added that the university is also welcoming new students, supporting them in completing admission procedures and course registration. They will also be introduced to the various university facilities and the services offered by the administrative and academic departments. This orientation will take place from Monday, January 12th to Thursday, January 15th, 2026, as part of the university's commitment to providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
