SEDD obtains ISO certification for business relations management

The success came after completing the audit, which confirmed the department's commitment to following approved procedures and meeting the requirements of the participatory work relationship management system. This reflects the department's dedication to standards and its efforts to strengthen relationships with partners to improve work and achieve comprehensive development. Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the Chairman of the Sharjah Economic Development Department, announced that the department has received an international recognition known as ISO certification for its system that manages business partnerships. This achievement highlights the department's dedication to improving its economic activities and its focus on excellence.

Abdulaziz Omar Al Madfa, the Director of the Government Communication Department, shared his pride in the hard work of the Government Communication team. Their efforts to develop the partnership management system to meet top international standards played a crucial role in obtaining the ISO certification.

Dr Ahmed Ali Al Ali, Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Department, pointed out that successfully passing the official audit for the certification will help the department better understand its needs for measuring performance. It will also help strengthen partnerships, speed up collaborative efforts, and create positive outcomes that benefit everyone involved, ultimately improving the services offered to investors.
