The project aims to provide a safe and integrated educational environment that supports children’s cognitive and social development in line with the highest educational and construction standards.
The building covers an area of 2,350 square metres, while the total land area extends to 6,000 square metres. The nursery has the capacity to accommodate 200 children, ensuring the provision of open spaces and safe outdoor areas suitable for young children.
The nursery includes 10 classrooms designated for age groups ranging from infants to four-year-olds, in addition to dedicated rooms for babies. The design takes into account the needs of each developmental stage and provides a suitable learning environment.
The project also includes a range of educational and service facilities, most notably a multi-purpose activity area, administrative offices, a reception area, service rooms, staff rooms, bathrooms and healthcare facilities including a clinic and isolation room, as well as an indoor play area and a central kitchen.
Externally, the project features a service building, perimeter fencing and a safe outdoor play area. It also includes a security building to regulate movement and enhance safety levels across the site.
The Al Lu’lu’iya nursery project reflects the department’s commitment to developing integrated educational facilities that support the community and contribute to providing a modern and secure learning environment for children, thereby enhancing quality of life and services in the area.
