The project is situated on a plot of land with a total area of 10,278.5 square metres and a total building area of 3,305 square metres, ensuring ample open spaces and safe, suitable outdoor areas for children. The nursery includes nine classrooms dedicated to children from infancy to four years old, in addition to a separate room for infants, catering to the needs of each age group and providing a suitable learning environment.
The project also includes a range of educational and service facilities, most notably a multi-purpose activity area, administrative offices, reception halls, service rooms, staff rooms, restrooms and sanitary facilities, including a clinic and isolation room, as well as an indoor play area and kitchens.
The project also includes a service building, car park canopies, an outer fence, safe outdoor play areas, and a security building to manage traffic and enhance security on site.
Al Ghail Nursery project reflects the department's commitment to establishing integrated educational facilities that support the community and contribute to providing a modern and safe learning environment for children, thereby enhancing the quality of life and services offered in the area.
In a related development, the department also completed a nursery at the University of Kalba to serve the children of university employees.
