The completed building is a single-storey structure covering 1,880 square metres — a modest footprint that belies a well-thought-out interior. Inside, staff and students have access to administrative offices, six classrooms, a theatre, a multipurpose hall, and all the utility rooms and support facilities needed to keep the building running smoothly. Behind the walls, civil, technical, and electromechanical works were executed to exacting engineering standards, giving the building everything it needs to function as a proper, self-contained learning environment.
The Mleiha project is not a one-off. It forms part of a wider SDPW programme to roll out quality service facilities to communities across every corner of the emirate — work the department regards as inseparable from Sharjah's sustainable development agenda.
Engineer Abdullah Al Tanaiji, Director of Branch Management at the SDPW, was clear about what the project represents. "This reflects our commitment to delivering educational facilities that genuinely serve the communities they are built for," he said, adding that every aspect of the works met the highest technical standards.
