SDPW receives Dibba Al Hisn Municipality delegation

Sharjah24: Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) received a delegation from the Engineering Services Management Department at Dibba Al Hisn Municipality on Tuesday at its branch in Dibba Al Hisn, as part of efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation and exchange expertise between government entities.

Visit aims to review best practices and ongoing projects

The visit aimed to review best practices implemented by the department and to become acquainted with the latest developments of current projects in the city of Sharjah, in addition to reviewing the status of ongoing projects and the mechanisms for their management and operation.

Enhancing coordination and future cooperation

Both sides discussed ways to enhance joint coordination between the two entities to ensure regular follow-up on projects, as well as proposing new mechanisms for cooperation in monitoring future projects. They also discussed proposed projects for the years 2026–2030, in a manner that achieves integration in engineering and service-related work and enhances the quality of government projects.

Proposals to support continuous development

The meeting concluded with the presentation of a number of proposals aimed at supporting the path of continuous development and strengthening knowledge exchange between the two sides, in a way that serves their shared strategic objectives.
