Al Dhaid Club reviews sports files and talent development

Sharjah24: Al Dhaid Sports Club discussed a number of sports, administrative, and cultural files during its regular board meeting held at the club’s headquarters, chaired by Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board, in the presence of board members, as part of its ongoing commitment to improving performance and strengthening its position on the local sports scene.

Expanding sports participation and development

The meeting reviewed plans to develop participation in both individual and team sports, in a way that ensures expanding the club’s presence across various competitions, in addition to enhancing technical and administrative development programs within the club.

Supporting community role and talent discovery

The meeting also affirmed the community role of Al Dhaid Club in discovering promising talents, nurturing them, and working to support and qualify them. Board members also commended the visit of the Chairman and members of the Sharjah Sports Council.

Board attendance

The meeting was attended by Humaid Abdullah Balsadriyah Al Khateri, Vice Chairman of the Board; Khalifa Mubarak Dalmouk Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Committee; Rashid Saeed Al Tunaiji, Supervisor of Individual Sports; Saeed bin Matraf Al Tunaiji, Chairman of the Media Committee; Saif Dalwan Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee; Malek Musabbah Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Marketing and Investment Committee; Muhaire Obaid Al Khayal Al Tunaiji, Executive Director of the Club; and Saif Rashid Al Tunaiji, Quality Officer.

Chairman’s remarks

In his remarks, Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden, Chairman of the Board, stressed that the board places supporting players and providing an ideal sports environment at the forefront of its priorities, alongside continuing efforts to meet community aspirations and strengthen Al Dhaid Club’s presence in the sports landscape.
